Frome Conference Venue

Our Meeting Room is ideally located to provide the perfect venue for conferences, meetings, client events, training, product launches and much more. The room can seat up to 40 people and benefits from natural light whilst having the space and comfort that you need.

Room Hire Charges – based on room hire only

Hourly Rate – £10 per hour

1/2 Day Rate (based on 5 hours) – £40

Full Day Rate (based on 10 hours) – £80

Conference & Meeting Packages

Package Rates are based on 8 people or more.

1/2 Day – £16.50 per person. This is to include:

Morning Tea & Coffee, Lunch & Refreshments (Bottled Water)

Full Day – £22.50 per person:

Unlimited Tea, Coffee & Biscuits, Lunch & Refreshments (Bottled Water), Bowl of Fruit

Lunch can either be a working lunch to include a selection of sandwiches, salads and chips. Should you prefer a set menu then the price per person will change accordingly, please talk to our manager to arrange.

AV Equipment available on request. The use of flipcharts, stationary & projection screen is all included in the room hire rate.
